Chris and his team are reliable and reasonable. Chris always responds promptly whenever I have plumbing questions and gives quite a fair price. I recommend him for both significant plumbing jobs and everyday needs.

We are very satisfied with our dealings with Chris and his team. He responded quickly to our request for service and replaced our boiler and water heater as well as changing the wood burning fireplace to gas. He and his staff explained everything as needed. Thank you!

I have received services from Cypress 4 times since 2021. The first three times I received services directly from Chris himself and was quite satisfied. The price went up a little bit on the third time, but that is to be expected with time and cost of materials going up. The 4th time Chris sent someone else out for the same services Chris did in the past and the bill was much higher! I was unsatisfied with what happened as you can imagine and made a complaint about it. Chris the owner of the company called me directly to ask what happened. He even went ahead and refunded me back the portion of the bill that I felt was unfair and offered to do a free inspection of my heating and cooling system. This to me speaks of good customer service, and someone who is willing to correct a mistake. If I was rating on the first three services alone I would give a 5 star rating as working with Chris’s himself has always been good. Due to the mistake and the back and fourth I am leaving a 4 star rating today. Chris is very knowledgeable with heating cooling systems and surely can get the job done.

Chris was recommended to me through a mutual client so I felt confident I would have a positive experience. Chris' workers were top notch, professional and nice. Unfortunately Chris is rude has terrible customer service and doesn't respond. Has a huge chip on his shoulder. For how expensive he is $200/hr you would expect kind service. I do not recommend!! Wow, the response written to my original post is very different from the threat I received from Chris via my personal phone number when he wasn't happy that I didn't give him a positive review!! The fact is Chris continually did not respond to my messages and was unprofessional. Spencer on the other hand was top notch. Chris claims he trained him but I know that Spencer had his own successful business in CA. Chris could learn a thing or two from him on how to communicate more professionally with his clients.

Cypress B Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend. Chris and his staff came out and replaced my water heater and replaced some gate valves for ball valves. They were very punctual, communicated well, and did a great job. Overall, i found them to be professional and have confidence in the work that they provided. Thanks guys.

Chris did a terrific job installing a tankless water heater and boiler for my parents. The job was done on schedule, and with quality workmanship. Chris was patient with all of our questions and concerns. The price was reasonable compared to other plumbers in town, with no nickel-and-diming for things we didn’t need. Would recommend!

Outstanding work, professional, always on-time and fair pricing. Highly Recommended! Our boiler broke apart on New Year's Day and Chris was at our house first thing the next morning. Within just a couple of days he had our heat restored with a new high efficiency system. No one ever likes to spend money on this type of expense, but I feel like the system will be long lasting and ultimately save money on fuel costs. Thanks for doing great work Chris - you are our go-to plumber!
